FOR

Venue Owners

Xenia Venues gives owners of wedding venues in the south of England the opportunity to exit their business smoothly, professionally and for a fair price, by selling the venue along with the business as a going concern.

The 6 steps below outline the steps Xenia Venues seeks to follow for each acquisition; with prompt, clear and transparent communication at every stage and our professional support from the outset.

Discretion, respect and trust form the pillars of every Xenia acquisition.

1

Our First Call

We will have an initial phone discussion with you, to learn more about your business, and answer any questions you might have. Everything discussed is treated with complete discretion.

4

Exclusivity Period

On acceptance of the offer, we will provide Heads of Terms, confirming the price and agreeing a period of exclusivity for due diligence and preparation of your sales agreement.

2

Business Valuation

If we are both keen to proceed, we will ask you to provide some financial reports and information on your venue's performance to help us establish the business’ current value and future potential.

5

Due Diligence

We supply a list of information we require to check business records. We encourage you to engage professionals to assist you at this stage, while we work with you to resolve any unexpected challenges.

Cash Offer

We will arrange a site visit at a time to suit you, to understand more about the business and answer any questions. If we are all keen to proceed, this will be followed by a fair and formal cash offer.

6

Completion

Ownership will transfer and payment will be made on an agreed date to ensure a seamless transition for you, your team, couples and suppliers.

You are likely to have 3 key priorities in selling your venue

  1. Maximising the sale proceeds. Having spent time and energy building your business you feel you should prosper from its sale.

Xenia Venues will provide you with the full and fair value for your venue, by way of a formal cash offer.

  2. Discretion. Venue owners should be able to maintain full control and choose who knows that they are considering selling. This is particularly important if you later decide not to sell.

Xenia Venues respects and shares this critical value as it is a cornerstone of our business.

  3. Looking after your venue, team and couples. You have spent time building a business you are proud of, so you will want to know that the next custodians of the business share your values.

Xenia Venues is led by hospitality professionals who consistently enhance the businesses, careers and experiences for all stakeholders.

Xenia offers wedding venue owners a fair, discreet and supportive way to exit their business.

THE RIGHT TIME

The Right Time to Consider an Owner Transition

Whether it is to enjoy retirement, have time to explore new opportunities or release the value built up in a wedding venue, at some point, most venue owners will consider how their team, couples and venue can continue to operate seamlessly without them.
